Growth-Stage Finance Leader — Strategy & Cash Flow

NeuralWorks in Valparaíso, Chile is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and scale the finance function. This leadership role will focus on financial planning, cash flow management, and providing strategic support to the executive team.

The ideal candidate must have 5–10 years of relevant experience and a strong background in finance leadership, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Fluency in English is required.
