• They are currently seeking a talented Travel Consultant to join their dynamic and successful team.

THE ROLE

• Manage group bookings and coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and other services
• Assist with leisure travel pre and post arrangements including extended touring.
• Handle delegates' queries within the agreed timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
• Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are issued correctly
• Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to cultivate a successful working environment
