Our client is a specialist inbound DMC focused on delivering high-end, tailor-made travel experiences across Southern Africa.

They are expanding their Groups & Incentives division in Cape Town and are seeking experienced Intermediate and Senior Leisure Groups / Incentive Travel Consultants to join a growing team.

About the Role

This role involves the design, costing, and management of leisure group travel and incentive programmes from enquiry through to final delivery. You will work closely with international travel agents, wholesalers, and partners to deliver exceptional group travel experiences across Southern Africa.

The role ranges from supporting group operations (Intermediate level) through to full end-to-end ownership of complex incentive programmes (Senior level).
