Purpose of Role / Overview

As a large global sports travel business we manage a variety of sporting trips and events. This newly created group role will play a key part in assessing our current processes and will work closely with our Operations team to ensure we have detailed staffing plans across the business to ensure our trips are staffed sufficiently and within budget.

Supporting the management and coordination of our casual workforce across the group, you will work closely with our operational teams to ensure all trips are fully resourced with the right people in place at the right time.
