About the Role
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Group Leader- 3rd Shift.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.77 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm through 7:00 am.

**What you’ll do:**
The Group Leader – Capacitor Assembler provides guidance and direction to the team and team leads to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Production expectations. Performs direct labor within the assigned area, including assembly, fabrication, or support functions, and works closely with Operators, the Production Supervisor, and Plant Staff to maintain efficient production flow.
