Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage the Group’s Industrial Relations (IR) policies in line with current legislation. Build and maintain sound labour‑management relationships across diverse construction sites. Facilitate training and development programs in line with national guidelines and organizational goals. Conduct skills audits and training needs analyses to support workforce development. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple projects and locations.
