Group Financial Manager

This role involves

• Ensuring consolidated group financial statements are prepared accurately
• Reviewing of group EBITDA with insightful report on variances
• Collaborating with the Group Collections manager to reduce debtor’s days and stock holding days
• Implementing a standardized chart of accounts, financial policies, and month-end reporting pack across all entities
• Ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and benefits processing
• Developing Regional Financial Managers to achieve performance ratings while maintaining low attrition within the finance team
• Delivering improved financial reports and dashboards that support effective decision-making

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in a healthcare environment
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior multi-site or group financial leadership
