Group Financial Controller Role Overview The Group Financial Controller will lead Group financial reporting, consolidation, controls and audit, while supporting strategic initiatives including M&A and integration. This is a senior leadership role within Group Finance, with responsibility for high-quality reporting, strong governance and team development. Key Responsibilities Group Financial & Statutory Reporting Lead the preparation and delivery of the Group Annual Report and interim financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Manage Group audit relationships and coordinate audits across all subsidiaries to agreed timelines. Oversee subsidiary statutory accounts, ensuring consistent accounting policies, disclosures and governance across the Group. Drive the implementation of new and evolving IFRS standards.
