Group Finance Manager

Our client is a deep tech holding group operating across multiple geographies with a portfolio of companies spanning AI infrastructure, shared services, and a strong technology pipeline. They are building a group level finance function from scratch and need the right person to architect and lead it. This is a foundational role. The work you do in the first 18 months sets the structure for fundraising, M&A, and long term group performance.

• Group financial visibility – Build and own a centralised finance function that gives holding level leadership a clear picture across all entities.
• Design embedded reporting structures that work with independently operating founders, not against them.
