We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Governance and Transactions team , a key function at the center of Verisure’s global operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Investor Relations, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting board processes, managing governance documentation, and contributing to high-profile, cross-border initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to board-level decision-making, regulatory frameworks (including MAR), and international corporate structures , while building strong expertise in a fast-moving, listed environment.
