**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform general clean-up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
+ Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
+ Monitor and report equipment or safety issues to supervisors
+ Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
+ Participate in team efforts to maintain a safe and productive work environment
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
+ Capability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
+ Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
