Ground Control Station and HMI System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define HMI concepts, logics, and interaction flows, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with operator mental models.
• Take part of the design & development the Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) of the cockpit displays, Flight Warning System and flight awareness system
• Apply Human Factors Engineering principles to deliver user‑centred HMI designs that reduce workload and prevent human error.
• Collaborate closely with BVLOS pilots, operators and other engineers to gather requirements, validate usability, and optimize workflows for real‑world mission needs.
• Work on System Description Document (SDD) and Interface control document (ICD)
• Support producing flight manuals, operator manuals, and supporting documentation to ensure safe and effective system use.
