About the Role
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Grocery Coordinator will place orders by the given due date, as well as monitor the movement of product in and out of Nature’s Wonders.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Completes and sends the KeHE & UNFI orders due to be sent by Wednesdays at 9:30 am and Friday by end of day.
+ Completes and sends the following additional orders as needed: Backroads Granola, Smart Cakes, Cafe Altura, Sunfood, Spry/Xlear, Handy Pantry, Ozark Natural Bread, KC Buffalo, Alberts, Storm Honey Farm and any others that are needed. (list not comprehensive).
+ Checks grocery customer requests weekly and add items as needed. Follow up with customers accordingly.
+ Places and merchandises new grocery items as they arrive.
+ Runs Item Movement reports, closeout slow sellers and keep sections fresh and functional.
+ Resets grocery endcaps each month/season.
+ Utilizes SPINS data where applicable to determine new items to bring in.
