**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team at the Dallas plant where you will play a crucial role in the production process as a Grinder Loader. You will be responsible for regrinding materials to be reused in production, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate extrusion machinery to weigh inventory and follow the grinding schedule.
+ Load materials into the grinder and convert them into pellet form for reprocessing.
+ Stage materials for upcoming jobs to ensure smooth production flow.
+ Perform cleanup in production and storage areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
+ Adhere to plant safety rules and wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, and gloves.
+ Prioritize tasks effectively and anticipate needs to manage time efficiently.
