About the Role
1. Technical Solution & Grid Integration
- Lead technical discussions regarding the integration of BESS and PV Inverters into national electrical networks.
- Plan and design complex power systems with high penetration of renewable energy, ensuring compliance with local Grid Codes and international standards.
- Provide innovative solutions for grid connection challenges, ensuring stability and reliability for utility-scale projects.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of grid support technologies for BESS and PV inverters, specifically focusing on Grid Forming applications (Virtual Synchronous Machine, Black Start, Inertia Support) in weak grids.
- Supervise and lead the technical team in conducting advanced RMS and EMT power system simulations to validate system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
