ob Description for Greenmark Manager Requirements: Lead drive awareness campaigns for green initiatives, environmental and water management programmes Develop and manage Reduce, Reuse and Recycle strategies and program with tenant's participation that are aligned with the corporate policy targets Maintain the efficient operations of all plants, equipment and systems within the building to ensure the operations are in safe and efficient manner Formulate and implement sustainability management plan in line with BCA's Green Mark and LEEDS certification requirements Work closely with consultants to ensure compliance for Green Mark verifications and re-certification Lead the interface with government agencies, Owner, Tenants Building Occupants and visitors on sustainability matters Organize regular meetings for Green Committee to share data and best practises, implement new initiatives and organise green activities Analysis of utilities consumption (Electricity, Water & Chilled Water) ...
