Purpose:
Carrol Boyes is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic/Packaging Designer with a strong graphic design background to join our Merchandise Department Team.
This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about premium packaging, confident in print and production execution, and experienced in creating beautiful, retail-ready packaging and product artwork for a design-led brand. Key Responsibilities

• Design, adapt, and update packaging artwork for new and existing products
• Apply brand artwork, patterns, imagery, and finishes consistently across packaging formats
• Create and adapt graphic artwork for product surfaces, including decals, patterns, and placements
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for factories, printers, and suppliers
• Work confidently with deadlines, packaging layouts, and repro setup
