At UrbanWrk, design isn’t just about how things look, it’s about how they work. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings sharp aesthetics, storytelling instincts, and the ability to move ideas seamlessly from static to motion.

Where You Come In

• Own the visual identity of UrbanWrk across digital and offline touchpoints
• Design campaigns, decks, ads, and everything in between
• Edit and animate short-form videos among other formats that feel native to platforms like IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Use AI tools to generate stills, concepts, and motion that amplify creativity (not replace it)
• Supervise shoots and partner with production on moodboards, storyboards, concepts, and direction.
• Collaborate with the larger team to turn briefs into visuals that are sharp, premium, and on-brand
• Keep a close eye on design, content, and cultural trends, and know when to ride them
