Graduate/Junior Engineer (Project & Technical)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate / Junior Refrigeration Engineer who is keen to build a career in the refrigeration and cold room industry.

This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates with an interest in refrigeration, HVAC&R, or mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will receive hands‑on training and guidance in refrigeration system design, equipment selection, heat load calculations, technical documentation, and project coordination. Working closely with experienced engineers and project teams, the candidate will gradually develop the knowledge and skills required to support refrigeration and cold room projects from design through execution. Exposure will be provided to modern refrigeration technologies, including environmentally friendly and sustainable refrigeration solutions such as CO₂ refrigeration systems.
