About the Role

Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive Trainee program in People & Organization, specifically in the Human Business Partners’ team for Production .

The mission is to provide advice and support to the different areas of the company, based on an overall business perspective and in relation to the application of labor regulations, policies, and Human Resources processes. The role contributes to aligning the areas with the organization’s strategy and to achieving the Company’s objectives, while facilitating and supporting all company areas in reaching their goals, within the scope of SEAT and associated companies.
