Graduate, Manufacturing Engineer

The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer supports NPI Engineering in the development, implementation, documentation, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to meet production requirements for volume, quality, safety (OHS), cost, yield, and line efficiency.

This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates to build hands‑on manufacturing engineering capability through exposure to prototype builds, process trials, validation, documentation, troubleshooting, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities under structured guidance.
