The Employment Relations Practice sits within the Group HC space and is responsible for providing advanced or specialist employee relations support for Old Mutual Limited. The practice equips and supports line managers and Human Capital management to effectively engage with employees through contracts, policies, practices and processes, in the context of labour legislation.
