Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers subject lessons to the assigned classes
• Creates module plans, participates in articulation and collaboration sessions
• Teaches the subject assigned to him/her, with emphasis on student‑centered activities
• Prepares instructional materials such as visual aids, Learning Activity Sheets (LAS), Information Sheets (IS), and formative and summative assessments
• Monitors and evaluates student performance
• Assigns, reviews, and assesses student work, including seatwork, homework, formative and summative assessments, to monitor student performance and evaluate learning progress
• Communicates with parents regarding student performance, facilitating discussions through scheduled parent‑teacher conferences or upon request
• Attends and actively participates in faculty general assemblies, meetings, and other committees assigned to him/her
