Key Responsibilities
Governance & Meeting Coordination
- Plan and manage agendas and schedules for Board, Committee, and Executive meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics and materials
- Ensure compliance with bylaws and governance requirements
Minutes & Documentation
- Record, draft, and finalize Board and Committee meeting minutes
- Maintain official records and ensure timely distribution of materials
- Ensure Board members have access to current documents
Tracking & Reporting
- Track action items, decisions, and deliverables between meetings
- Provide status updates to the CEO on progress and outstanding items
Governance Materials
- Support preparation and maintenance of governance documents, including Terms of Reference, work plans, and policies
- Assist in drafting and finalizing governance processes and materials
