Key Performance IndicatorsGoods Receiving Recieve and physically inspect all delivered goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and specifications. Verify quantities, quality, and condition of goods before acceptance. Reject or report damaged, incorrect, or short-delivered items and follow up with suppliers.
Documentation & System Control Prepare and capture Goods Received Notes (GRNs) accurately and timeously. Ensure all supporting documents (POs, delivery notes) are properly filed and linked to each receipt. ...
