Goods-in Supervisor

Goods-in Supervisor- Peterborough (6am-2pm)- Up to £40,000

We are very excited to be partnering with a well-known industrial manufacturing business who is undergoing huge transformational changes. They are looking for a goods-in supervisor, a brand new role to support the inbound warehouse team in Peterborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a warehouse leader, who is looking to continue building their leadership skills and use this opportunity to drive changes with WMS systems and process improvements.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Managing the goods-in shift for the warehouse (6am-2pm), ensuring health and safety policies are set and adhered, with good housekeeping practices
• Lead a team of 7 direct reports, ensuring KPIs are hit and ensuring a smooth movement of goods
• Support with WMS (Blue Yonder) system implementation, taking a proactive approach to process improvements
