POSITION OVERVIEW

The PGA Teaching Professional at La Marquesa Golf is responsible for the full development, execution and performance of the Club Academy, covering both adult and junior segments. The role is a key revenue driver within the golf operation, ensuring high-quality coaching delivery, structured program development and alignment with the Club's strategic positioning.

The Teaching Professional leads all coaching activity on site, maintaining strict control over service standards, customer experience and commercial performance. The role also supports the activation of events and contributes to the overall engagement, retention and spend of members and visitors.

At all times, the position must protect and reinforce the image, standards and strategic direction of La Marquesa Golf.
