About the Role

The role covers clubhouse restaurant, bar, halfway house and drinks carts, with responsibilities for procurement, stock control, and leading a team. A Matric or Hospitality Management qualification is required, plus at least 4 years of F&B management experience in a 4* hotel or golf club and a valid driver's license.
