Job Description General Manager – Operations & Sales Location: Gurgaon Company: BIBA Fashion Industry: Fashion Retail Only About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Operations & Sales to lead and drive retail business performance across Delhi/NCR region. The role requires strong expertise in retail operations, sales management, team leadership, customer experience, profitability, and business expansion within the fashion/apparel industry. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, enhancing store productivity, and maintaining brand standards across all stores in the region.
