JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Sourcing Manager - Strategic Value & Supplier Development plays a critical leadership role in shaping Polaris' global sourcing strategy and supplier capabilities.
This position is responsible for developing long-term commodity strategies, driving cost and value improvements, and building a robust, localized, and high-performing supply base.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Category Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, Product Development, and Legal to ensure supplier strategies align with business goals, product roadmaps, and operational resilience.
