Global Procurement Communications Specialist

This entry‑level role supports internal communications for Global Procurement, ensuring team members stay informed, aligned, and engaged. The GP Communications Specialist coordinates and delivers communications across key channels including email, SharePoint, and other digital platforms.

• Coordinate and publish the weekly GP News roundup, including content gathering, drafting, formatting, reviews, and distribution.
• Work with program managers and functional leads to support content creation and editing of updates and other communications.
• Maintain consistent tone, style, and editorial quality aligned with GP communication standards.
• Update and maintain the GP News SharePoint site – refresh pages, update resources, tag and archive content, and support ongoing improvements to site structure.
