About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records
  • Support payroll data changes and benefits coordination
  • Handle HR queries via central inbox and provide policy guidance
  • Assist in employee relations activities and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR analytics reports (attrition, hiring data, engagement surveys)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in HR operations / HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
