We are looking for an Order Management Specialist who is a Mandarin speaker and responsible for end‑to‑end order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing including order creation, purchase order handling, payment follow‑ups, and billing activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, shipment creation, and transportation arrangements to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Monitor shipping status and support import/export coordination for regional deliveries.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and order‑related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in accordance with defined procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, finance, supply chain, and shared services.
• Track order progress, identify delays or operational issues, and escalate where necessary.
