Global Import & Export Coordinator - Remote (30 Days Abroad)

Job Role:
The Coordinator – Import and Export is responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Import & Export of the MAF Retail operations.

Job Responsibility:
Obtain freight quotations
Coordinate with Distribution Centers prior to shipment arrivals, arrange for inspection & confirm once stocks are released for sale
Documentation finalization for export shipments and align with Distribution Centers for loading
Coordinate with import suppliers on shipment availability & documentations
Ensure products are registered in Dubai Municipality
Coordinate with clearance agent for all shipments

Attention to Details
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
1-2 years in a similar role
