Global HRBP: LATAM-US Growth & People Strategy

Rapyd is seeking a Global HRBP to join our HR team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives across LATAM and US units, managing various strategic projects while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a general tech environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English.
