Global HR Generalist for UAE & Global Payroll

Bakkt is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. You will work closely with the Global Head of HR in the UAE and support both local and global HR operations.

This role requires 3–5+ years of HR experience, particularly in the UAE, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and the Deel platform is crucial, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional.
