About The Role

This is a rare chance to lead global training for a New Zealand-founded Global technology business, leading a team of 12 and working in a highly influential role that brings stakeholders together around a clear global learning vision.

As Global Head of Training - Security, you’ll set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Gallagher Security delivers world‑class learning at scale.

You’ll lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and turn training into a stronger product experience for customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams.
