Global Head of Testing & Verification Labs

This position is responsible for managing a globally distributed laboratory organization focused on product verification, measurement technologies, validation processes, and data-driven testing activities, for state of the art products.

The role combines operational leadership, strategic development, and cross-functional leadersip within an international engineering environment.

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the company’s international testing and verification landscape.
• Manage laboratory teams across multiple regions and product categories.
• Drive modernization initiatives related to digital lab environments, automation, infrastructure expansion, and advanced analytics capabilities.
