Global Engineering Director: Lead NPI & Cross-Border Ops

Oleo International is looking for a Group Engineering Director to lead its global mechanical engineering operations. Based in Coventry, you will oversee a talented team across locations such as the UK, India, and China, managing and optimising workflows and engineering processes to drive international growth.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong background in a multinational manufacturing context, particularly within Rail, Elevators, or Hydraulics technologies. This leadership position will report directly to the CEO and is pivotal for Oleo's future development.
