About the Role
The Banker is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring efficient and optimal use of capital in Europe, Middle East & Africa and the UK region, with responsibilities for Capital Management and Leveraged Finance/ Sponsor-owned portfolio companies coverage.
**Responsibilities:**
Capital Management
+ Provide leadership and active participation in global projects for Capital Management (e.g. Banking Balance Sheet Forum, Lower Left Reviews, RWA/GAAP monitoring etc.), liaising with APAC, Latam and NAM Capital Management teams to ensure globally consistent practices
+ Coordinate Banking Balance Sheet Forum (BBSF) and capital approvals and recommendations, supporting Bankers throughout the process
+ Act as a capital management subject matter expert supporting Basel III Endgame, client financials, return methodologies and other capital related workstreams
+ Report periodically on capital and returns performance to regional and global senior management ...
