The opportunity

As part of our ongoing digital transformation journey, we are developing ACE, a cutting‑edge Generative AI‑powered platform designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our Bid & Proposal Management process within the Transformers Business Unit. We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who will play a pivotal role in this initiative. This individual will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing domain‑specific prompts that enable ACE to generate accurate, context‑aware, and business‑aligned outputs.
The role requires a deep understanding of transformer industry, industrial equipment standards as well as basic understanding of prompt engineering best practices and GenAI model behavior, ensuring that ACE delivers high‑quality responses tailored to complex business scenarios.
