Tasks

• Recording and processing of maintenance business requirements
• Organisation and implementation of (requirements) workshops with the business.
• Identify and resolve conflicting requirements (new business requirements vs. system standards and current status)
• Interface between the business analyst team and the IT BizDevOps team (translating requirements into ICT requirements)
• Documenting requirements down to the technical specification
• Creating test cases, carrying out the tests and supporting the user tests
• Responsibility for or support in improving data quality
