Medical degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications.GMC specialist registration in – Palliative Care or Elderly care medicine is a must,Significant NHS experience in Palliative Care or Elderly Care medicine,Ideally full time, we will support flexible working and consider LTFT posts,Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to contribute to the development of clinical services.Proven record of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
