About the Role
Geotechnical Engineer – Highway Projects
Conduct site investigations, soil testing, foundation analysis, and geotechnical reporting for highway and bridge foundation design.
Experience with tropical laterite soils and expansive subgrade conditions strongly preferred.
Chartered membership (CEng, PE, or equivalent) required.
Develop, implement, and monitor RODMOL's HSE management systems across mining access road and industrial facility projects in Botswana.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent mandatory.
Minimum 12 years’ HSE experience in heavy civil/EPC with demonstrable zero‑harm culture leadership.
