Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Tech Lead with strong expertise in IVR design, call flow development, and API integration. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of secure IVR flows, including bot interactions, while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML payloads.
