About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service at the reception/front office in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the Penang Hill Corporation’s services.
- Manage Funicular Monthly Pass (FPASS) applications, renewals, and record updates.
- Receive, answer, and route incoming telephone calls to the relevant departments or officers.
- Record and relay messages from telephone calls and walk-in customers.
- Handle basic complaints and forward them to the relevant units for further action.
- Maintain proper records related to customer transactions and FPASS documentation.
- Support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- To perform other related duties as required.
