About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline customer service at the reception/front office in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the Penang Hill Corporation’s services.
  • Manage Funicular Monthly Pass (FPASS) applications, renewals, and record updates.
  • Receive, answer, and route incoming telephone calls to the relevant departments or officers.
  • Record and relay messages from telephone calls and walk-in customers.
  • Handle basic complaints and forward them to the relevant units for further action.
  • Maintain proper records related to customer transactions and FPASS documentation.
  • Support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • To perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Malaysian Citizen, 21 years old and above;
