Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume site serving around 2,000 customers each day, with five food outlets, one coffee shop, and a busy hospitality operation.
• Ensure high standards across all catering and hospitality areas.
• Maintain full health & safety compliance.
• Ensure allergen information is accurate and available.
• Check menus, labelling and customer information are correct.
• Support and manage the on-site team.
• Maintain presentation standards across the site.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Work closely with the Operations Director to keep the site running smoothly.
• Previous General Manager experience within contract catering.
