Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution of solar/BESS/industrial distributed-energy projects
• Originate and execute project financing and fund raising: lender DD, term sheets, models, covenants, security package, CP lists and closing.
• Prepare investment papers / IC memos, investor decks and transaction documents to capital-markets standard.
• Structure cross-border / JV contracts and coordinate with counterparties.
• Develop green/transition finance pathways (e.g., sustainability-linked loan/bond concepts) and MRV/verification approaches for carbon or energy-efficiency projects.
• Work with finance on SPV cash-flow waterfalls, model assumptions and transaction timetables.
• Lead company operations and compliance, including internal controls, procurement, vendor management, HSE, data protection, and basic ESG processes.
