General Manager

The Fleet General Manager provides a critical role where you’ll be expected to draw on your capabilities for effective collaboration, pragmatic problem solving and a close eye for performance standards.

• Day to Day Management of Tanker Fleet
• Duties include but not limited to; ISM and ISO auditing, policy & procedure review, emergency & oil spill prevention & response plan development & training, budget preparation and general fleet operations.
• Promote good communication between ashore departments and ship crew
• Ensuring the seaworthiness of assigned vessels (i.e: properly manned, maintained and equipped)
• Leading Emergency Response Team
• Team leader for all QHSSE audits or inquiries onboard
• Monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
