Ideal Candidate

The Client is seeking a visionary and execution-focused General Manager to lead the establishment and operationalization of an entity dedicated to facilitating the procurement of infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, including Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. The GM will be responsible for scaling up the organization from the ground up, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring the successful procurement of infrastructure projects across the Emirate. The General Manager will lead the company in delivering an end-to-end solution for the government across the project lifecycle, including project identification, preparation, structuring, procurement, and oversight of implementation.
